Elmedia lets you set the output device for your audio – speakers, headphones, etc. You can choose the number of sound channels: two-channel, four-channel, or eight-channel. If you have DVDs, which are usually encoded in AC-3 (Dolby Digital) or DTS (Digital Theater System), Elmedia Player can be configured to relay the audio data without decoding it. When using several monitors, you can choose where the fullscreen mode will be showing.

Virtual surround for headphones lets you hear the sound as if it is transcending the headphones, going from front to back, from side to side.
